Yes. We are fully mobile. We bring the equipment, set up, and break down — all you need is a space and a story to tell. We serve Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, and Martin counties.

No. We bring everything — cameras, audio gear, and production equipment. You show up and focus on your conversation.

Standard turnaround is within 5–7 business days. Managed Podcast Partner clients receive priority turnaround.

Absolutely. The Launch Package is designed exactly for that. Many clients record one episode, see the quality, and move to a monthly retainer from there.

Yes — we are video-first. Every episode is produced as a full video podcast and distributed as audio to Spotify and all major platforms. You get both from one session.

The Launch Package requires no commitment. Monthly retainer packages (Growth and Managed Partner) are month-to-month with a 30-day notice to cancel.

Yes. A 50% retainer fee is required at the time of booking to secure your session. This fee is applied toward your total balance. The remaining 50% is due prior to or on the day of your session. All payments are non-refundable within the 72-hour cancellation window.

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your scheduled session are non-refundable. To cancel or reschedule please contact us directly at 561-808-9894 or cs@tdpodcastmedia.com as soon as possible.
